Unique Culture

Employees know their jobs contribute to the success of the company. In a recent employee survey, this was the highest ranking attribute. Excellent Benefits
Most of our production employees belong to one of three unions – Operating Engineers, Laborers, or Teamsters. All of our employees whether in a union or not enjoy 100% paid medical insurance, paid time off, education reimbursement and a generous retirement plan.

We are committed to promoting from within, and we provide supervisory and management training for those interested in expanding their skills. Five of our key managers including the Vice President of FloHawks started their careers on the fuel island – fueling trucks at night. Our Vice President of Honey Bucket started as a laborer.
